Jose Eduardo Vinhaes Gerk
Chief Executive Officer
Holder of an Undergraduate Degree from the Military Institute of Engineering (IME), with Master's and Doctorate Degrees in mechanical engineering from COPPE/UFRJ and a Postgraduate Certificate in Petroleum Engineering from Petrobras University, Finance from COPPEAD and Business Economics from UCAM, Gerk has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. The engineer started his career at Petrobras and later worked as a university professor, manager and consultant for companies.

Osmond Coelho Junior
Contract Management Director
Holder of an Undergraduate Degree in Construction and Fortification Engineering from IME (1980), a Postgraduate Certificate in Petroleum Engineering from Petrobras University (1981), in Economic Engineering from UFRJ (1986) and in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM-RJ (1988), Osmond also holds an MBA in Asset Management from FGV-RJ (2004) and in Advanced Management from COPPE-AD (1998 and 2007). He has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having started his professional career at Petrobras, where he most recently served as General Manager of Libra Project Design and Implementation, Executive Manager of Gas and Energy Investments, Executive Manager for North America, Africa and Eurasia, Executive Manager for Rigs and Production Units, Executive Manager of Production Development Projects and General Manager of Pre-Salt Production Development.

Samir Passos Awad
Director of Administration, Finance and Marketing
Holder of an Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (IME) in 1982, with a Master´s degree in Subsea Engineering (Cranfield University and Insead Business School), in England, and Postgraduate Certificates from Stanford (USA) and Insead Business School, in France, Samir Awad began his professional career at Petrobras, where he worked for over 30 years. Among the various activities carried out at the company, the engineer served as CEO of Petrobras Nigeria Ltd. (1999-2006); executive manager for the Americas, Africa and Asia, managing E&P and downstream projects in 17 countries (2007-2009); and CEO of Petrobras Netherlands BV. (2009-2016).

Cristiane Formosinho Conde
Technical Director
Holder of an Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering from UFBA (1981), with Postgraduate Certificate in Petroleum Engineering from Petrobras University (1983) and a Master's Degree in Administration/Business Management from UFBA (2005). She has over 38 years of technical and managerial experience in the oil and gas industry, of which 37 years working in the E&P segment at Petrobras. She was Manager of Reservoirs and of Production and Development Engineering in Bahia, General Manager of Production and Development Engineering in the International area at Petrobras and Manager of Project and Production Development of the Libra Consortium.
