According to the sole paragraph of Article 38 of Pré-Sal Petróleo's bylaws, approved by Decree No. 8,063/2013, the company shall have up to 150 employees, in addition to 58 at-will appointed employees, with a personnel regime governed by the Consolidation of Labor Laws [CLT], in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 12,304/2010.

The hiring of permanent personnel is subject to approval in public tender selections through exams or exams and titles.
