Pré-Salt Petróleo (PPSA) disclosed on Tuesday (31st), its 2021 Integrated Report with clear and concise information on the business model and performance of the company in the period. The Report integrates the list of documents composing the statement of accounts of PPSA to the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) as provided for in article 9 of TCU Normative Instruction 84/2020. Publication was prepared based on the instructions guide of the Court and on the methodology of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), an international alliance of companies, regulators, investors, standardization agencies, accounting entities and academy, comprising a tool of dialogue with target audiences and statement of accounts before the society.

The report details PPSA activities in its three working fronts: managing production sharing agreements, representing the Federal Government in production individualization agreements and managing trade of oil and gas of the Federal Government. However, the documents focus on the strategic engagement of the company, highlighting structure and actions set out by its managers to ensure the achievement of the set goals, therefore producing results for the society. In 2021, the company collected BRL 1.22 billion for the Federal Government.

In the article, the reader has access to information on the Strategic Planning of the company, management of risk methodology, corporate governance improvement, integrity program, relationship with stakeholders, headcount and information technology, among other reports.
