Pré-Sal Petróleo has just hired Compliance Total to implement the company's integrity program. The purpose of the work is to create all the elements to mitigate the integrity risks, promoting the ethical culture and, consequently, protecting the company's image and reputation. Pré-Sal Petróleo already has its Integrity Policyand Code of Conduct. The consulting firm will be in charge of further enhancing the company's compliance actions.

"We are working to further improve our integrity standards in order to comply with the rules that apply to state-owned companies. We have assessed that hiring a specialized consulting firm will help us create a more robust program that fits the size and risks of Pré-Sal Petróleo with greater agility," explained the Finance and Control Manager, Mauro Rocha.

The contract period will be 24 months. The consulting firm will make a diagnosis of the actions that are already in progress at the company and will produce a series of documents, among them, the preparation of an anti-corruption procedure, updating of the Code of Conduct and Integrity, hiring of external reporting channel, staff training and monitoring of the program.
